Enrolment Terms & Conditions
Montessori Homeschool Collective welcomes homeschool children from 5 years + of all backgrounds and abilities and in the spirit of Maria Montessori, provides child relevant programs to meet diversity, need and stage of development.
1.1 Application Fee
An application fee of $50 is charged upon receipt of the enrolment application. This fee is a once off, non- refundable fee.
The Enrolment Application Fee is required for costs involved with setting up your child’s account and ensure a placement at Montessori Homeschool Collective.
An invoice will be sent on receipt of your enrolment once we have received payment we will confirm your child’s placement and set up your account.
You may be placed on the centre’s waitlist. You will receive notification via email if your child has been waitlisted.
There are limited places in our sessions to ensure a quality experience.
Places are offered on receipt of:
- The Enrolment Application
- Payment of the Enrolment Application Fee
1.3 Welcome Package
On confirmation of your placement, you will be emailed Welcome Package. Please take time to read all components of your welcome package.

2. FEES AND CHARGES
The Parent/carer(s) of each student are jointly liable for all fees and charges and any other amounts due to Montessori Homeschool Collective.
Fees and charges, including any deposit or non-refundable enrolment fee, are as determined by Montessori Homeschool Collective.
The fees are revised regularly and may be amended each financial year. Fees and Charges are also applied for discretionary activities such as camp.
If you choose to participate in these activities an invoice will be sent to you. Children will not able to attend these activities unless the invoice in paid in full.
Accounts for Fees are sent out 2 week prior to the beginning of each new term.
Fees are to be paid in full at the beginning of each term unless a payment schedule has been nominated. In all cases payments must be kept 2 week in advance.
Fees and charges will not be reduced in respect of a student’s absence. Make up day will not be available as it is disruptive to children enrolled in classes on alternate days.
2.4 Withdrawing from Montessori Homeschool Collective
If the parent/carer(s) wish to withdraw a child from the centre, notice given must be not less than two full week’s notice prior to the end of a term.
If the parent/carer(s) wish to withdraw a child from the centre, during the term fees are forfeited and the outstanding invoice must be paid.
If the required notice of withdrawal of a Student is not given the parent/carer(s) must pay the next term’s fees.
4. AMENDMENT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Montessori Homeschool Collective may alter these conditions at any time by giving notice to the Parent/carer(s) in writing. Alterations will apply to all current and future students and their parents and guardians from the date of the notice.
5. DEFINITIONS IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Parent means the parent/guardian(s) who entered into the contract of enrolment with Montessori Homeschool Collective.
- Centre means Montessori Homeschool Collective
- Child means the child who is named in the contract of enrolment
