You’re hardly going to find anything like it…

MONTESSORI APPROACH

Children have an innate passion for learning, and the Montessori method encourages this, giving them opportunities to engage in spontaneous and purposeful activities.

Through their work, children develop concentration and self-discipline rejoice.

CURRICULUM PLANS

Our team will work side by side with you to help customize a home education plan for your child.

Our plan includes learning a full year (scope and sequence), individualized to teach your child.

PERSONALIZED TUTORING

Your child’s program is designed to meet your needs, focusing on the gaps they can have in understanding and building trust.

Within an order structure, children progress at their own pace, according to their individual abilities.

Having the support of an experienced team (who loves what they do) GUIDING, DIRECTING and SUPPORTING the daily lives of parents and children in Homeschooling, is precisely what makes the biggest difference in homeschooling!

And that’s exactly what you can hope for at
Montessori HomeSchool Collective…

We will guide your child’s learning.

AND BE BY YOUR SIDE DAILY!

Rachel Gibson
Founder Montessori Homeschool Collective

“For approximately 17 years I have trained, taught and mentored in Montessori environments. I have worked extensively with children and their families. While working closely with homeschool families they shared with me their needs and desires for their children. I listened intently and created what it was they were searching for.

A nurturing space providing Montessori materials where homeschool children could come together and be guided. Encouraging resilience, independence, self motivation and a life long love of learning.”

EVERY CHILD IS UNIQUE.

And we will design a customized curriculum for you, respecting all the prerequisites required for homeschool registration, but more importantly, respecting your child’s needs.

KIND WORDS…

Rachel recognises and embraces each child’s individual way of learning  to meet the different needs of each child. Rachel’s boundless enthusiasm and endless positivity have given my son confidence in his ability to learn and has allowed him to develop a love of learning. In a nutshell, Rachel is an amazing guide and a truly adorable woman.

Ricki & Louis

Rachel has a unique gift for understanding every child’s different needs and behaving accordingly towards them. She is so calm and peaceful and loving towards them all. My daughters have learnt so much under her guidance and have just thrived. They have learnt to write Poetry and recite it in front of all of the Parents, and have grasped an understanding of Cosmic Education, just to name a few. The girls have made secure and special friendships too. We could not be happier!

Heather, Lily & Sammy

Rachel has been a wealth of knowledge when it comes to conscious parenting and homeschooling. She has been there for me many times with solutions that are simple to implement, interactive and child-led!

MEET THE FOUNDER…

Rachel Gibson
Founder Montessori Homeschool Collective

After attending a Montessori conference in 2005, surrounded by beautiful, inspiring, like-minded people, Rachel knew she had found her purpose in life. She pledged “To Champion the Cause of all Children” and has done just that each day. Rachel took up studies on the development of children from 6-12 years. She immersed herself in diverse childhood environments and age groups. She constantly educates those around her on how they can positively impact a child’s life. Rachel follows the words of Mother Theresa “I alone can not change the world, but I can cast the stone across the waters to create many ripples.” Rachel has worked in many environments preparing them to meet the child’s developing needs. Through observation, practical knowledge and love, she has inspired the human spirit in many children and parents.

Rachel’s mission is to nurture the greatness of each child – Body, Mind and Spirit.
